Common questions

Where are my cards and receipts stored?

On your iPhone. Cards, receipts and your calendar work without an account and stay on the device. If you link a bank, balances come in through Plaid; see the Privacy Policy for the details.

Does Credit Hub show my credit score?

No. Credit Hub doesn’t pull or show a credit score. It tracks your cards’ utilization and due dates, and Credit Health is a self-assessment built from your own answers. You can get free credit reports at annualcreditreport.com.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Credit Hub Premium is billed by Apple. On your iPhone open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Credit Hub to change or cancel it. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for.

I bought Premium but the app doesn’t show it.

Open the Premium screen in the app and tap Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy it. If that doesn’t work, email us.

How do I get a refund?

Apple handles refunds for App Store purchases. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

My linked bank stopped updating.

Pull down on the Cards screen to refresh. If it still doesn’t update, open the card, disconnect the bank, then link it again from the bottom of the Cards list.

How do I delete my data or my account?
  • Guest: Menu → Settings → Erase Data on This Device.
  • Signed in: Menu → Settings → Delete Account. This deletes your account and everything in it, and can’t be undone.
Can Credit Hub move my due dates?

No, only your card issuer can. The Due Dates tool tells you which dates are worth changing and what to say when you call or use the issuer’s app.
