Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Credit Hub — the mobile application and this website, credithubapp.com — provided by LotusBloom LLC, a California limited liability company. By downloading, installing, or using Credit Hub, or by using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

License

Credit Hub is licensed, not sold, to you for personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute it. These Terms also serve as the end-user license agreement (EULA) for the app. Because Credit Hub is obtained through the Apple App Store, your use is also subject to Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, and Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms with the right to enforce them.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent where you live) to use Credit Hub. Credit Hub can be used without an account. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account, and you agree to provide accurate information. You may create an account with an email address and password, or with Sign in with Apple or Google. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app or by contacting us.

Acceptable use

You may use Credit Hub for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use it in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service, interfere with anyone else’s use of it, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it or its related systems.

Informational purposes only — not financial advice

Credit Hub provides general financial information for reference only and does not constitute financial, credit, tax, legal, or investment advice. Balances, limits, due dates, interest rates, reward rates, and card terms are shown for convenience, may change at any time, may be delayed, and may contain errors. Always confirm current terms, rates, balances, and eligibility directly with your card issuer or financial institution before making any decision or payment.

Credit Hub does not initiate payments or transfers, does not extend credit, and is not a bank, lender, credit repair organization, or financial advisor. LotusBloom is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any card issuer or bank, and any third-party names or marks belong to their respective owners. You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions.

Financial account connections

If you choose to connect a financial institution, you authorize us to use Plaid Inc. to retrieve read-only account information on your behalf in order to populate and update your dashboard. You authenticate directly with your institution through Plaid, and your use of Plaid is also governed by Plaid’s own terms and privacy policy. You can disconnect a linked institution at any time from within the app.

Subscriptions and purchases

Credit Hub is free to download. Credit Hub Premium is an auto-renewing subscription sold through the Apple App Store. The applicable price, billing period, and renewal terms are disclosed at the point of purchase. A free account includes one card; Premium unlocks bank sync, unlimited cards, receipts, exports, and the full Credit Health breakdown. New subscribers may be offered a free trial. If you start one, the subscription begins and you are charged automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled; you can manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store account settings, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Purchases are processed and governed by Apple, and refunds follow Apple’s policies.

Your content

The cards, receipts, notes and calendar entries you enter remain yours. Where you store that content only on your device, it stays there. Where you choose to sync it to an account, you grant LotusBloom a limited license to host and display it solely to operate the service for you. We do not use your financial data for advertising, and we do not sell it.

Intellectual property

Credit Hub — including its text, graphics, logos, the Credit Hub and LotusBloom names and emblems, and its design — is owned by LotusBloom LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our prior written permission.

Disclaimer of warranties

Credit Hub and this site are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that data retrieved from third parties will be accurate or timely.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LotusBloom LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use Credit Hub — including any financial decision made in reliance on information shown in the app.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LotusBloom LLC and its officers, members, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of Credit Hub or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

You may stop using Credit Hub at any time and delete your account from within the app. We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion if these Terms are violated.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time and will revise the effective date above when we do. Continued use of Credit Hub after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
